"Spellbinding cottage in beautiful area" - A review from January 2012:
"We had the pleasure of staying in Number 28 for a long weekend at the end of September. The cottage is located in the heart of a beautiful village in a quiet square offset from the road. The décor of the cottage was finished to the highest of standards, mixing the best of traditional features with modern home comforts. The charms of this cottage were endless, from the grandeur of the attic bedroom to the cosy living area with wood-burning stove. Everything about the cottage had very obviously been restored and created with love and sensitivity. We were both struck by how quiet the village and surrounding area were – a real getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. Just a short stroll was a grand hotel which welcomes non-residents for a drink or two on the lawns or dinner if you don't fancy cooking. Further afield there is great scope for breath-taking walks just a short drive away. We are already planning our return and would highly recommend these cottages for the ultimate retreat."
